There are two methods of applying for Class 2 Individual Digital Signature

1.     Just check if applicant Aadhar is linked to respective mobile number in https://resident.uidai.gov.in/aadhaarverification

2.     If linked then share the Aadhar Number, PAN Number , Email Id and Mobile number of the applicant via email , whatsapp or any other medium (No scan required)

3.     If not linked the you may proceed with the Paper based process details given below

Kindly fill the following details in the form with BLUE INK only. The form is self-explanatory.

· Photograph (with sign across the photograph)

· Address (as per the address proof provided)

· Email ID (Should be unique)

· Mobile Number (Should be unique, Tele-Verification has to be done from this number)

· Signature of the applicant at the bottom of the form ( Signature must be similar to one in PAN Card )

Along with the form we need a copy of following documents:

1. Pan Card of applicant

2. Any one address proof of applicant (passport copy / driving license / aadhar card / voter – id card / latest telephone/electricity/gas bill)
