Your token need to be urgraded to new Version as per CCA Guidelines w.e.f 01st July 2018.

Follow the Given Steps.

1. Uninstall Current epass ( Control Panel > Program & Feature > Epass2003).

2. Install Epass driver available in token ( My PC/Computer > Epass2003>Epass2003setup).

We are good to go.
