Restart Emsigner in MCA / Failed to establish connection.

Follow the Given Steps.

1. Install latest version of EmSignor from MCA website and Prefer Internet Explorer 9 or above.

2. Add https://127.0.0.1: portNo (port on which Emsigner is running on) and 
http://www.mca.gov.in/ to Java ( Control Panel > java > Security TAB>Edit site list) 
and Internet Explorer 
( Internet Explorer > ☼ > Internet Option > Security TAB > Trusted Sites > Sites ).

3. Rum Emsigner and Internet Explorer As Administrator.

4. Use http://www.mca.gov.in/ in Internet Explorer.

We are good to go.
